Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, items may become temporarily out of stock. If an order is placed for an out of stock item, we will notify you and give you the option to wait until the product becomes available again or cancel your order.
Duties and Taxes
International customers outside of North America may have to pay import duties and taxes required by their respective countries. US customers pay no import taxes or duties on our products shipped from Canada. Canadian customers pay either the HST or GST of the respective province the purchase is being shipped to.
Cancellation Policy
Larch Wood works to fulfill internet orders within 24 – 48 hours of receiving them. Any cancelled orders will be subject to the cost of the payment processing fee as it is not refundable to Larch Wood. Please contact us within 12 hours of your purchase to cancel an order. Orders cancelled after shipping from our facility are subject to pay the return shipping.
