Our large cutting boards are perfect for cooks who require a larger cutting surface for prepping and preparing food and the durable, self-healing end grain construction is a pleasure to work on while being kind to your knife’s blade making the board a practical choice for busy commercial kitchens or for daily use at home. The size and thickness of this end grain board also allows it to be used as a chopping block if needed and soft rubber feet are attached with stainless steel screws to the bottom of the board to prevent sliding, moisture build-up and makes the board easier to pick up.
