How nice to find out that these are considered “good design”. Having used one for the past few months (I got one for Christmas), I can say that they are exceptionally well made and really pretty. As I write, the board is sitting comfortably beside my Alessi Bird Whistle kettle, and is looking way better designed!

I love handmade…earthy things!  My wife and I purchased two boards.  One we use as a cheese board and the other we use to cut vegetables.  When the longer buffet board is not in use, we display it in the kitchen.  It’s unique and I love talking about it when people visit.

Having been involved in the kitchenware, knife and sharpening business for 20 years, we were thrilled to meet Don from Larch Wood. His beautiful heirloom boards immediately caught our attention at the Toronto Trade Show.
