Custom End Grain Countertops and Island Tops have become  demand products over the last couple of years. The large expanse of end grain is spectacular. Many of our customers will use granite for part of their counter space and the Larch end grain for a fabulous working surface.
We just received an order today [ June 3/09 ] for an island top 88 inches x 40 inches x 3 inches thick, one of our largest to date. I look forward to posting pictures of that monster!
