Award winning chef Don Cruickshanks, originally from Halifax, NS and currently resident Chef at the Napolean Retail Centre in Barrie, Ontario has been using a Larch Wood Carver’s board for 3 years. A former instructor at Toronto’s Georgian college, Don has a lifetime love of food that has seen him cooking around the world. A team manager for a bronze medal winning team at the Hotel Olympia in London, England is one of the many awards and contests this affable chef has collected.
“I find my board a treat to work on. It is easy on my knife edges and is extremely durable. The board is a real work of art. I get great comments from people all the time.”
